Coeburn, VA ~ Alfred Smith Hall, 82 passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at Mountain View Medical Center in Norton Virginia.
He was the son of the late Harvey Ransom and Myrtle Ellen Hall also preceeded in death by two sisters, Virginia Alice Castle and Mary Isabelle Buchanan; a brother, Robert Lee Hall.
Survivors include two daughters, Ladonna North, Benham, KY and Janie Hensley, Corbin, KY; five sons, Darryl Robert Hall, and Ricky Allen Hall both ofCoeburn, Jimmy Ray Hall, Norton, Jerry Hall, Rogersville, TN and Ralph Hall, Cumberland, KY; two sisters, Marcella Jones, Marion, NC and Georgia Vess, Old Fort, NC; 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Alfred Smith Hall will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. R. L. Crawford officiating. Burial will be Saturday, February 25, 2012 at Buchanan Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday after 5:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, Coeburn, VA.
