Coeburn, VA ~ Barbara Evelyn Hamilton, 74, died Friday, April 8, 2005 at Mountain View Medical Center in Norton, Virginia.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Maynard Harold and Elizabeth Mae Sanders Stansberry, Sr.; Brother Maynard Harold Stansberry, Jr.; Granddaughter, Freda Elizabeth Funk; Grandson, Clarence Dale Moore.
Survivors include her husband Clarence Hugh Hamilton; 4 sons, Nelson Timothy Anderson, Donald Joe Anderson, Michael R. Sluss and Jonathan H. Dixon all of Coeburn; 9 daughters, Glenda Gail Tungate, Mooreshill, IN, Linda Sue Moore, Cordova, AL; Brenda Lee Willsey, Unionville, VA, Nita Darlene Adams, Norton, Nancy Carol Lawson, Gladys Eleen Funk, Dorlis Ann Grimmitt, Vivan Carol Hill and Alison Nicole Anderson all of Coeburn; 3 sisters, Nada McConnell, Coeburn, Sonia Corres and Carla Lynn Smallwood both of St. Paul; 1 brother, Robert Stansberry, Coeburn; 29 Grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren, 4 GreatGreat Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Barbara Evelyn Hamilton will be held Monday, April 11, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joe Ramey officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenwood Memorial Gardens in Coeburn. Visitation will be held at Estes Funeral Home on Sunday after 4:00 P.M.
