Dungannon, VA ~ Betty Sue Howington Stallard, 53 died Monday, September 1, 2008 at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport Tennessee.
She was the daughter of the late Carl Grear Howington and Rachel Virginia Howington.
Survivors include three daughters, Melissa Alcaraz, Midlothian, VA, Angela Clendenon and Rebecca L. Stallard both of Big Stone Gap; four sisters, Linda Lane, Rye Cove, VA, Dorothy Trivette, Sarah Culbertson and Judy Gillenwater, all of Dungannon; one brother, Milford Howington, Gate City, VA
one granddaughter, Arabella Clendenon; one grandson, Connor Clendenon; one special friend, Steve Hawkins and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Betty Sue Stallard will be held from 5 to 8 P.M., Thursday September 4, 2008 at Dungannon United Methodist Church where funeral services will be held at 8:00 P.M. with Pastor Ed Blair officiating. Burial will be at Corder Cemetery in Dungannon, on Friday, September 5, 2008. The family will meet at the Church at 11:00 A.M. and leave in procession.
