Billy Gerald Barr, 90, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Monday, February, 22nd, 2021.

Billy was of the Pentecostal faith and a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father: Cosetta and Ray Barr; grandsons: Michael East, Carl East Jr., and Glen Vanover.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years: Joyce Barr; 8 sons: Billy (Joanne) Barr, Jeff (Amy) Pilkenton, David (Lisa) Barr, Jimmy Barr, Jony (Crystal) Baker, Tony Baker, Timmy Barr, Robert (Arlene) Stallard; step-son: Steven Sprague; 3 daughters: Sherry Barr, Liz (James) East, and Chris Barr; step-daughter: Debbie Shelton; 30 Grandchildren, 22 Great-grandchildren, 5 Great-Great-grandchildren and a host of Nieces and Nephews.

A visitation will be held at Estes Funeral Home chapel from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm prior to the graveside service at 1:00 pm Thursday, February, 25th, 2021 in the Greenwood Memorial Acres Cemetery and burial to follow with R.L. Crawford officiating.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Estes Funeral Home will be serving the Barr family.
