Coeburn, VA ~ Bobby Joe Mullins, 54 passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017 at his residence in Coeburn, Virginia.

He was employed by Superior Trucking in Coeburn.

He was the son of the late Robert Noah Mullins and Nancy Lee Adkins Mullins; also preceded in death by a sister, Belvia Dawn Mullins and a nephew, Trevor Alan Mullins.

Survivors include a daughter, Katie Carter, Coeburn; two sons, James Carter, Big Stone Gap and Josh Carter, Norton; three brothers, Mark Alan Mullins, Pound, James William Mullins and Phillip Lee Mullins, both of Coeburn; grandsons, Jared and Seth Carter; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Bobby Joe Mullins will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 7:00 PM at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Tommy Kiser officiating. Burial will be 11 A.M. Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Adkins Cemetery on Dale Ridge. Visitation will be held Tuesday after 5:00 P.M. until service time at Estes Funeral Home. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, 114 High Ave., Coeburn, VA.
