Brandy Cheryl Fleming Cooper of Coeburn VA, entered into her heavenly home at the age of 44 on July 8, 2026 at her home, where she shared with her parents, with her family by her side. She was born December 7, 1981, in Norton, VA to John and Shelia Fleming. She grew up surrounded by family and later embraced a full life on her mini farm.

A passionate pet groomer, Brandy truly loved her work and poured her heart into caring for every animal that came through her door. Her contagious smile could light up any room and she had a special gift for making people feel welcome and loved. She cherished family above all else -whether it was hosting gatherings, sharing stories or simply being together with her family. Family brought her great joy from the daily rhythms of life and the peace it provided for her. Brandy enjoyed life and loved everything about it.

Brandy is preceded in death by her papaw, Frank Vanover.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, David Cooper; mother and father John and Shelia Fleming; daughter, Shaneaha Fleming Mullins and husband, Daniel; brother, Matt Fleming and wife, Jennifer; sister, Donna Britton and husband, Jason; grandchildren, Sawyer and Madison Mullins; nephews Colton Fleming and Dalton Britton and wife, Annie; nieces, Shyanne Brooks, Savannah Britton and special niece Brooke Salyer; great nieces Abigail, Alyssa , Ellie and great nephews Oliver and Liam; grandmother, Zella Vanover; special friends, Jennifer Bates, Brian Cassell, Jr. Sexton; step-grandchildren, Parker Cooper and Beckem Cooper; a host of extended family and many friends.

A celebration of Life will be held Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 1:00pm in Grace Point Pentecostal Church, 6408 Glamorgan Chapel Road, Wise, VA.
