Preceded in death by mother, Connie Collins; sister, Becky Collins; aunt, Ruth Ramey and Nephew, Brandon Collins.
Survived by two daughters, Heather Bond, Norton, Terriana Winebarger, Coeburn; son, Rocky Bond, Coeburn; one sister, Tammy Harvey, Coeburn; daughter-in-law, Santana Bond; son-in-law, Conley Winebarger; Dennis Moore; father, Lewis Jim (Bud) Collins, Coeburn, VA; brothers, Joe Collins, Tim Collins, Jimmy Collins, D.A. Collins, Jason Collins all of Coeburn; grandchildren, Skyron Meade, Alexia Bond, Rocky Bond II, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Charmin Sue Moore will be held on Sunday, April 18, 2010 7:00 PM at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joe Dearry officiating. Burial will be Monday April 19, 2010 at Kennedy Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday after 6:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home. The family will leave the funeral home at 10:30 A.M. prior to burial.
