Coeburn, VA ~ Christopher Nikeal Fleming, 18, died Sunday, April 8, 2001 at St. Mary's Hospital in Norton, Virginia.
Mr. Fleming was a senior at Coeburn High School.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kim Nikeal "Heater" Fleming, R.C. Mathena (Maternal Grandfather), Gordon Falin (Maternal Step Grandfather.
Survivors include his mother, Tammy Louise Mathena Fleming; one sister, Erika Leigh Fleming, Coeburn; maternal grandmother, Betty Falin, Wise; paternal grandparents, Hansford Lee "Hank" & Nora Mae Fleming, Sr. Coeburn; aunts & uncles, Lavon & David Greear & Tammy & Jeff Kilgore all of Coeburn, Melissa & Jeff Hamilton, Ocean Springs, MS, Naomi & Michael Mathena, Coeburn and Bobbie & Rick Mathena, Harriman, TN & Hansford L. "Little Hank" Fleming, Jr., Coeburn, and several cousins.

Funeral services for Christopher Nikeal Fleming will be held Wednesday, April 11, 2001 at 2:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Curt Bond will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Fleming Family Cemetery in Coeburn.Visitation will be held at Estes Funeral Home on Tuesday from after 6:00 P.M
