Clarence "Duck" Thomas Finch, 76, of Coeburn, VA entered into rest Sunday, August 11, 2024, at Norton Community Hospital. He was born in Dungannon, VA, March 27, 1948 to the late Victor and Cecil Castle Finch.

Clarence retired from Austin Powder with over 28 years. He was an avid horseman and loved his Saturday nights horse shows, roping, a true cowboy. He always loved spending time with his family. "He was the best papaw ever, he had a laugh and smile that was unforgettable."

In addition to his parents, Clarence is preceded in death by his daughter, Crystal Gail Finch; siblings, Mikey Finch, Howard Finch, Wanda Burton, Maxie Hurd, Tempie Finch, and Peggy Sandidge ; his long time companion, Betty Jones.

Left to cherish his memories his sons, Jason Finch and wife, Cindy, Tommy Finch and wife Spring and her son Jordan, and Lee Fields and wife, Lisa all of Coeburn, VA; daughter, Miranda Mullins and husband, David of Coeburn, VA; brother, Victor "Turkey" Finch and wife Loraine of Ft. Blackmore; sister, Helen Page of Dungannon, VA; grandchildren, Dawson, Alexis, and Brooklyn all of Coeburn, VA; great-grandchild, Asher, his pride and joy, of Coeburn, VA.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, August 14, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, at Estes Funeral Home of Coeburn, VA, with funeral services to follow at 7 pm with Pastor RL Crawford and Tom Jackson officiating. Graveside services will be Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 11:00 am at Finch Cemetery in Dungannon, VA. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:30 to proceed to the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
