Dungannon, VA ~ Claude Benjamin Hartsock, 84, passed away Monday, October 3, 2011 at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, Tennessee.
He was a retired coal miner and a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II.
He was the son of the late Benjamin Fairbanks Hartsock and Martha Jane Hartsock; brother, Robert Dean Hartsock.
He is survived by wife, Maxine Ring Hartsock, Dungannon, VA, three daughters, Karen Hartsock, Jackie L. Taylor and Robin L. Howington, all of Dungannon; twosisters, Vendetta Jane Davis, and Mattie Beverly, both of Coeburn; one brother, Russell Hartsock; 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Claude Benjamin Hartsock will be held on Thursday October 6, 2011 after 5:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel and funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M.with Rev. Larry Beavers and Rev. Steve Collins officiating. The Family will meet Friday, October 7, 2011 at the funeral home at 11:00 A.M. and proceed to the Ramsey Cemetery in Dungannon for burial.
