Coeburn, VA ~ Claude Swanson Sparks, 60, died Saturday, October 26, 2002 at Heritage Hall Health Care Center in Big Stone Gap, Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin Elgan and Georgia Ethel Riner Sparks, sister, Edna Sparks Sosbe, brother, Edward Bud Sparks, cousins, Norman Sparks, Betty Lue Sparks & Loretta Sparks.
Survivors include, daughter, Jennifer Sue Morgan, Fort Wayne, IN; 2 sons, Christopher A. Sparks & Eric Ryan Sparks both of Coeburn; 3 sisters, Shirley Sparks, Tacoma, Dorothy Sparks Hill, Coeburn & Margaret Sparks Smith, Anderson, IN; 2 brothers, John L. Sparks, Tacoma & Earl Sparks, Anderson, IN; 5 Grandchildren, several nephews, several nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.

Funeral services for Claude Swanson Sparks will be held Monday, October 28, 2002 at 1:00 A.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joe Dearry and Rev. Carlos Palmer officiating.Burial will follow in the Sparks Cemetery in Tacoma.Visitation will be held at Estes Funeral Home on Sunday after 6:00 P.M.
