Curtis Allen Woods, 59, of Dryden, VA went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 17, 2026 at Charlottesville, VA at UVA with loving wife by his side.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Bonnie Woods and his sister, Donna Woods.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Feleshia Woods of 14 years; daughter, Santana Burke; sons, James Burke and John Burke; granddaughters, Selena Ward, and Gracie Burke all of Dryden, VA. Also surviving is his brothers, David Woods and wife, Alice and their daughter, Ashley Woods (Shorty), and Glenn Woods and wife, Melissa and their children Virgil and Elijah Woods all of Pennington Gap, VA; many other extended family and friends and his special friends, Riley Clark, Piper Freeman, Kylee Greear, and Mikey Hobbs, and his little buddy, Eli Scott.

The family will receive friends Friday, August 21, 2026 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm in the chapel of Estes Funeral Home of Coeburn, VA. Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm with Evangelist David Woods officiating, and special singing by Ashley Woods, and Chris, Renee, Tonya, and Heather. Burial will follow in Powell Valley Cemetery in Dryden, VA.

Pallbearers will be David Woods, Glenn Woods, James Burke, Mikey Hobbs, Lee Oullette, Joey Hobbs, and Brian Clark.
