Shady Spring, WV ~ Dallas Ray Freeman, 79 passed away Sunday, March 3, 2013 at his residence in Shady Spring, West Virginia.
He was a retired employee of Bethlehem Steel and a U.S. Army veteran.
He was the son of the late Earl Freeman and Bertha Cox Freeman; also preceded in death by his wife, Virda Nash Freeman, a daughter, Phyllis Carol Freeman; four sisters, Mildred Freeman, Lois Hickman, Lila Freeman and Myra Freeman; four brothers, Faye Freeman, Conley Freeman, Odell Freeman and Mack Freeman.
Survivors include a grandson, Brandon Michael Freeman, Shady Spring, WV; a granddaughter, Erin Nicole Fabian, Baltimore, MD; a sister, Shelia Medlin, Spotsylvania, VA; 3 great grandchildren, 2 nephews, 1 niece and great nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Dallas Ray Freeman will be held on Thursday March 7, 2013 from Noon till 2:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel and funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M.with Rev. R. L. Crawford officiating. Burial will follow at Nash Cemetery. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, 114 High Ave., Coeburn, VA.
