Dallas Richard (Cowboy) Harvey, 66, of Coeburn, VA, entered into rest Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at Johnson City Medical Center after a long battle with cancer.

Born in Aurora, IL, he was a son of the late Gordon and Vernia Gibson Harvey and was a farmer and handyman.

As per his wishes there will be no formal funeral services but a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
