Debra Geraldine Fleming, age 62, of Wise, VA died Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, VA.

She is survived by a son, Mark Jessee and wife Monica of Norton,VA; daughter,Jamie Jessee and husband Eric Hale of Coeburn, VA; sisters, Margaret Buchanan of Wise, VA, Dinah Harris of Hartsville, SC; brothers, Timmy Fleming and wife Stephanie of Clintwood, VA, James Fleming and wife Terese of Marion, VA; grandchildren , Taylor Jessee, Nick Jessee, Brandon Salyers, all of Norton, VA.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Fleming; mother Marie Buchanan Fleming; first husband Stewart Jessee; long time companion Kim Cast.

Debra was a mother to everyone she was around. Her nature was that she loved to laugh and "cut up" with those she was around. Debra valued her time with her family. She enjoyed travelling and Diet Coke. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Debra will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
