Dolly Elizabeth Gibson, 82, died May 2, 2024 at her daughter's home after an illness. She loved to spend time with family and friends.  She also loved canning, cooking and working in her flower garden.  Dolly also loved attending Grace Point Pentecostal Church in Wise VA.

Dolly is preceded in death by her husband, Hershel Gibson; sons, Darrell Gibson and Keith Gibson;  daughters,  Vickie (Ronald) Rose and Peggy (Tommy) Wallace; grandson Brandon Darrel; great grandchild, Aubrey Shay Arrington; sisters, Shirley Turner and Francis Tucker; brothers, James Tucker, Billy Tucker Sr. and Donald Tucker; mother, Belvia Mae Tucker; father, Bascom Tucker.

Survivors include daughters: Linda (Lonnie) Williams of Norton, VA and Frieda (Terry) Rose of Coeburn, VA:. sister, Nancy (James) Trent;  Ten grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren, Oakley, Everley, and Paisley; several nieces and nephews; four grand fur babies and her special animal companion of 16 years, Snuggles.

Visitation will be 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Saturday, May 4, 2024 with funeral services to follow at 4:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in the Adkins Cemetery in Coeburn, VA.
