Coeburn, VA ~ Donna Lou Williams, 53 passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, Tennessee.She was the daughter of the late Coy Williams and Dorothy Odessie Williams, also preceded in death by a sister, Delphina Joyce Peters and a brother, Bransom Coy Williams.Survivors include one sister, Deborah Sue Powers and husband, Winky, Dante, VA and one brother, Troy Wayne Williams and wife, Judy, Coeburn, VA.

Funeral services for Donna Lou Williams will be held on Friday, January 17, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jack Meade officiating. Burial will follow at Temple Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Thursday after 5:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home where a song service will be held.
