Castlewood, VA ~ Dorothy Ellen Stevens Taylor, 78passed away Friday, February 1, 2013 at her residence in Castlewood Virginia.
She worked several years for Mountain Empire Older Citizens.
She was the daughter of the late Hollis Stevens and Rachael KiserStevens; also preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey William Taylor; 2 brothers, and 2 sisters.
Survivors include by three sons, Mike Taylor, Castlewood; Steve Taylor, and wife, Lyric, Pass Christian, VA and John Taylor, Coeburn; fivesisters, Sylvia Wolfe, Lebanon, Cathleen French, Mcleansboro, IL,Blanche Chaffin, Shirley Phillips, and Glenda Cromer, all of Dante; a brother, Henry Stevens, Brook, IN; 4 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Dorothy Ellen Taylor will be held after 12 Noon on Tuesday February 5, 2013until funeral service at 2:00 PM at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terry Rose officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery on Sandy Ridge. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, Coeburn, VA.
