Edward Arnold Rose, 78, of Castlewood, VA entered into eternal rest at his residence on Sunday morning, February 9, 2025.

Born July 14, 1946 in Dickenson County, VA, he was a son of the late Esmon and Ruth Phillips Rose and was a Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War.

Edward was an ordained minister and a member of the Rugsby Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two children and two sisters.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara of the home; a son, Eddie Rose of Castlewood; and a sister, Janice Martin of Johnson City, TN.

Memorial services will be 6:00 PM Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at House of Prayer in Castlewood with Bro. Lawrence Holyfield officiating.
