Asheville, NC ~ Elizabeth "Betsy" Joanne Foster Bliley, 40 died Friday, December 2, 2005 at Missions Hospital in Asheville North Carolina.
She was a former resident of Coeburn, Virginia before recently moving to NC.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Bliley; Two Sons, Hunter Bliley, Asheville, NC and John Bliley, Honolulu, Hawaii; Daughter, Kristen Bliley; Parents, Joe W. and Lucy Ann Foster, Coeburn, VA; One Brother, James Michael Foster, Coeburn, VA and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Visitation for Elizabeth "Betsy" Joanne Foster Bliley will be held after 6:00 PM Monday, Dec. 5, 2005 at Estes Funeral Home Chapel and Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM. With James Wilson and Jonah Shoop officiating.
Burial will be at Greenwood Acres Memorial Gardens in Coeburn, VA on Tuesday, December 6, 2005 at 1:00 PM. The family will meet at the funeral home at 12:30 PM and leave in a procession. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, 114 High Ave. NE, Coeburn, VA.
