Coeburn, VA ~ Emmaline Ebbie Edwards, 73, died Monday, September 13, 2004 at Dickenson County Medical Center in Clintwood, Virginia.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bennett Edwards and her parents, James Rufus and Rachel L. Adkins Hamilton.
Survivors include 5 daughters, Rita Perrigan, Brenda Stanley, Margie Edwards and Zelma Edwards, all of Coeburn and Janice Kiser, St. Paul; 1 sister, Elizabeth Stidham, Winter Haven, FL; 2 brothers, Ernest Hamilton, Kingsport, TN and Richard Hamilton, St. Paul; 3 grandsons, James Perrigan, Justin Stanley and David Edwards all of Coeburn; 5 granddaughters, Tiffany Counts, Kaylee Stanley, Faith Pridemore and Charity Pridemore all of Coeburn and Ashley Kiser, Martinsville, VA; 1 great grandson, Dylan Counts, Coeburn; 2 sons-in-law, Wayne Stanley and David Pridemore both of Coeburn; special friends, Bill Vanhuss, Daniel Vanhuss and Faye Vanhuss all of Pound, Crystal McCorkel, Coeburn, Jerry Fugate, St. Paul and Daniel Boggs, Clinchco; several nephews and nieces.

Funeral services for Emmaline Ebbie Edwards will be held Thursday, September 16, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Elders Frank O'Quinn and Roger Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in the Hamilton Cemetery in Coeburn.Visitation will be held at Estes Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday after 6:00 P.M. where an evening service will be held at 7 PM with Elders David O'Quinn and Frank Newsone officiating.
