Coeburn, VA ~EvelynE. Bryant Adkins, 79 died Sunday, November 19, 2006 at Mountain View Medical Center in Norton Virginia.
She was a retired employee of C.M Turner, OD.
She was the daughter of the late James H. and Bessie M. Bryant, also preceeded in death by her husband, Winston D. Adkins.
Survivors include TwoDaughters, Elaine Herlinger, and Judy Holbrook, and husband, Rudy, Coeburn; OneSon, Winston Edward Adkins,and wife, Patsy, Norton; TwoSisters, Jean Odle, Coeburn and Faye Wilkerson, Menphis, TN; OneBrother, Harry Bryant, Menphis, TN; One Grandson, Scott Holbrook and wife, Robin, Coeburn; Special Friend, Linda Markham.
Funeral service for Evelyn E. Adkins will be held Wednesday, (November 22, 2006) at Estes Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM. with Rev. R.J. Rose officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Acres Memorial Gardens in Coeburn.The family will receive fiends after 6 PM Tuesday at Estes Funeral Home. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, 114 High Ave. NE, Coeburn, VA.
