Coeburn, VA ~EverettGeorge Funk ,81died Thursday,August 30, 2007 at Wellmount Lonesome Pine Hospital in Big Stone Gap Virginia.
He was a veteran and served with Navy.
He was the son of the late Wiley P. andthe late Dora Belle Horvell Funk.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Ardie Funk, son-in-law, James Rosenbaum, Sr. , Wytheville, VA; Two Grandsons, James Rosenbaum, Jr. and Jackie Rosenbaum; 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held Sunday, Sept, 2, 2007 at Estes Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM. with Rev. Wayne Perry officiating. Burial will be at Adkins Cemetery, Caney Ridge in Coeburn, VA . Estes Funeral Home in charge.
