Frances Meade McReynolds went home to be with her Lord early Sunday morning, December 1, 2024.  After nine long years apart, she was reunited with the love of her life, Frank Wayne McReynolds, who preceded her in death in 2015. She was also welcomed into heaven by her beloved daughter Kerri Diann McReynolds and her precious grandsons Richard Anthony and Ryan Andrew Wayne Kekelis.

Fran was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a long-time member of the Church of God where she taught Adult Sunday School for many years; the last 20 years at the Church of God in Norton, Virginia. Daily Fran could be found reading the Word and spending hours in prayer. It was her heart's desire to see her family and friends come to know the Lord.

Fran leaves behind two daughters, Regina D. Bristow and Angelia M. McReynolds, and one grandson, Kenneth Darrell Wayne McReynolds, all of Coeburn, Virginia. She is survived by her brother Gerald Meade of Sandy Ridge, and numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, December 6, 2024, at 11:30 am at Estes Funeral Home in Coeburn with a funeral service following at 1 pm. with pastors Freddie and Lisa Powers of the Norton Church of God officiating. Burial will be at the Bond Cemetery in Crab Orchard.
