Frankie Wayne Barlow, Sr. 12/26/1943-10/11/2023

Coeburn, VA- Frankie Wayne Barlow, Sr. 79 gained his heavenly wings on October 11, 2023 at his home.

Frankie was a lifetime member of Coeburn Volunteer Fire Department.  He served the community of Coeburn until an injury prevented him to do so.

Frankie was born on December 26, 1943, to the late James Barlow and Mae Hyatt Barlow.  He is also preceded in death by his wife of 50 years Jacqueline Barlow; one son, baby Barlow; and three sisters, Sandra Sigmon, Sudorthia Kilgore, and Nancy Sigmon

Frankie is survived by one son, Frankie Barlow, Jr. and wife Jennifer of Coeburn, VA.; one daughter, Shelly Helton and husband Lance of Bristol, VA; four grandchildren, Destinee Warren and husband Samuel of Bristol, VA., Kylie Barlow of Morganton, NC., Zach Helton of Bristol, VA., Brittany Barlow of Coeburn, VA.; one great grandson, Dawson Warren of Bristol, VA. There is also a host of neices, nephews, and cousins. He had a very special adopted daughter, Christina Anderson and her family.  Frankie had some very special friends in which he loved so very much, Brenda and Danny Mills, Pam Liski, Larry Ritchie,  members of Coeburn Volunteer Fire Department and many other dear friends.

Per Frankie's request , he will be cremated. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
