Coeburn, VA ~ Gaye Jeanette Damron, 66, died Sunday, June 10, 2001 at St. Mary's Hospital in Norton, Virginia.
Mrs. Damron was a former employee of Cresent Printery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Patton B. and Louise Kiser Hillman, 2 sisters, Debbie Hillman & Brenda Ellis.
Survivors include her husband Charles Farrell Damron, 2 sons, Danny Damron, Pound & Billy Beverly, Sarasota, FL; 2 daughters, Freda Ketron, Coeburn & Sandra Hamilton, Appalachia; 2 sisters, Shirley Toohey & Karen Markham both of Coeburn, 2 brothers, Pete Hillman, Fort Worth, TX & Dennis Hillman, Coeburn; Stepchildren Debbie, Ginger & Charlie; 5 granddaughters, K.J., Mandy, Jamie, Tiffany, and Melody; 6 grandsons, Hunter, Brady, Bradley, Brett, Andrew and Jeffery; 2 Great Grandchildren Noah & Sierra, several very special nieces & nephews and a very special lifelong friend, Shirley Kilgore, Bristol.

Funeral services for Gaye Jeanette Damron will be held Wednesday, June 13, 2001 at 2:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Robert Nixon will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenwood Memorial Gardens in Coeburn.Visitation will be held at Estes Funeral Home on Tuesday after 6:00 P.M. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or charity of choice.
