Coeburn, VA ~ Georgia Irene Meade Milhorn, 84 of Sandy Ridge went to be with her Lord, Sunday, July 13, 2014.
She attended the Herald Church of God of Prophecy.
Georgia was born May 28, 1930 and was the daughter of Orbin Meade and Ada Alice Meade also of Sandy Ridge. In addition to her parents, Georgia was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Frank Milhorn; sister, Edna Barrowman McKenny; a granddaughter, Amber Nicole Meade.
Survivors include a son, Mark Orbin Meade, of the home; two daughters, Leesa Meade, Coeburn and Shelia Meade, and husband, Robert, Taylorsville, NC; grandsons, Rodney Meade, Castlewood, Harold Meade, Seveirsville, TN; granddaughters, Alice Alexander and Margaret Honnicutt both of Kingsport and Robin Meade, Taylorsville, NC; 11 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Georgia Irene Milhorn will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday,July 16, 2014 at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Ledford officiating. Burial will follow at Temple Hill Memorial Park, Castlewood. Va. Visitation will be held Tuesday July 15, 2014 after 5:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home. The family wishes to thank Georgia's caregiver, Melissa Hill and her good friend Clara Barnett, as well as her neighbors and church family who showed Georgia tender loving care in her final days.
