Mt. Carmel, TN ~ Hazel Mae Carico, 83, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, September 22, 2004 following a brief illness.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband Ruben, sister, Sadie Carico, brother, Charlie Mitchell and grandson, Randy Page.
Survivors include daughters, Eula Lewis and husband, Daniel, Mt. Carmel, TN Margie Page, Castlewood; brother, Allard Mitchell and wife, Ruby, Dante, VA; grandchildren, Linda Seymore and husband Charles, Patty Napier and husband Bobby, Tammy Jessee and husband Tom, Kim McMurray and husband Gorman and Mike Page; great-grandchildren, Michael Martin, Cory Martin, Brooke Gibson and husband Josh, Kelli Jessee, Dustin Jessee; great great grandchild, Ashtyn Gibson.

Visitation for Hazel Mae Carico will be held Friday, September 24, 2004 from 5 - 7 PM at Estes Funeral Home Chapel where funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Danny Sykes and Brother Gorman McMurray officiating. Music will be provided by the great grandchildren and the Oak Glen Trio. Burial will be Saturday at 11 AM in the Calvin Edwards Cemetery in St. Paul. The family will meet at the funeral home at 10:30 AM prior to the burial. The family will also receive friends at the Lewis residence in Mt. Carmel, TN.
