Coeburn, VA ~ Hoyt D. Davis, 71, died Saturday, February 10, 2001 at Norton Community Hospital in Norton, Virginia.
Mr. Davis was a retired Ford Motor Co. supervisor and a U.S. Marine veteran of the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon Luther and Ida Belle Edwards Davis, 3 brothers, Charlie Davis, Earl Davis and Howard Davis, 1 sister, Virginia Davis.
Survivors include a brother, Hershel Davis, Coeburn; an aunt, Maxie Edwards Tunnell, Coeburn; 1 nephew, 2 nieces, 2 great nieces, 2 great nephews, 2 great great nephews.
Visitation for Hoyt D. Davis will be held at Estes Funeral Home on Monday, February 12, 2001 after 5:00 P.M.Burial will follow Tuesday in the Greenwood Memorial Gardens in Coeburn.
