Coeburn, VA- Jacqueline (Jackie) Sue Barlow, 70, gained her heavenly wings on April 19, 2021 at her home.

Jackie was a lifetime member of Coeburn Rescue Squad. She served the community of Coeburn for 12 years until an injury prevented her to do so.

Jackie was born on April 17, 1951, in Adrian, MI to the late Henry and Berneita Ragless. She is also preceded in death by one son, baby Barlow; two brothers, Greg and Tommy Ragless; and one sister Sandra Ragless.

Jackie is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Frankie Barlow, Sr. of Coeburn, VA.; one son, Frankie Barlow, Jr. and wife Jennifer of Coeburn, VA.; one daughter, Shelly Helton and husband Lance of Bristol, VA; four grandchildren, Destinee Warren and husband Samuel of Bristol, VA., Kylie Barlow of Granite Falls NC., Zach Helton of Bristol, VA., Brittany Barlow of Coeburn, VA.; one great grandson, Dawson Warren of Bristol, VA,; three brothers, Terry Ragless and wife Kathy of Hudson, MI, Tim Ragless and wife Debbie of Morenci, MI., David Ragless and wife Diane of Findlay, OH.; two sisters, Brenda Rice and husband Jason of Huntington, IN and Nancy Saunders of Bakersfield, CA. There is also a host of neices, nephews, cousins, and friends. She had a very special adopted daughter, Christina Anderson and her family. Jackie had three very special friends in which she loved so very much, Brenda and Danny Mills and Pam Liski. She also had a host of kids that she adopted as her own that she also loved dearly.

Per Jackie's request , she will be cremated. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Estes Funeral Home of Coeburn, VA is in charge of the arrangements.

Estes Funeral Home will be serving the Barlow family.
