Janet Louise Moore – Coeburn, VA

Janet Louise Moore, 65, of Coeburn, VA passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022, at Norton Community Hospital in Norton, VA. Janet was born September 9, 1957, in Coeburn, VA to the late Curtis and June Lawson Moore.

Janet enjoyed coloring in her books. She also had to have her burger and pop, which often led to her favorite trip to Burger King.

Along with her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her brother, Harold Moore; sisters, Brenda Moore and Lisa Moore.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories her sisters, Teresa Moore of WV, and Linda Stanley and husband Ed of Abingdon, VA; nephews, Vert, Travis, Kenneth, Robert, Mikie, and Michael; nieces, Crystal, Melissa, Amanda, Makala, and Ciarra.

Visitation for Janet will be Monday, December 12, 2022, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Estes Funeral Home in Coeburn, VA. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 pm. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at Temple Hill Memorial Park at 11:00 am. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home by 10:30 am to proceed to the cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in her honor, to be made to the American Heart Association.
