Coeburn, VA ~ Jimmy Wayne Greene, Sr., 68 passed away Sunday, July 11, 2010 at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, Tennessee.
He was the son of the late Cleophus and Delma Hill Greene; also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Buddy and Tommy Greene.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Elleen Greene, Coeburn; two daughters, Pam Richardson, Jackhorn, KY and Ramona Smith, Coeburn; one son, Jimmy Greene Jr., Coeburn; two sisters, Phyllis Griffith and husband, Roger, Luray, VA and Kathy Neece and husband, Willie, Coeburn; 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Jimmy Greene, Sr, will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, July 15, 2010 at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terry Rose officiating. Burial will follow at Greene/Neece Cemetery in Coeburn, VA. Visitation will be held Wednesday July 14, 2010 after 6:00 PM at Estes Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Joshua Lawson, Logan Richardson, Chris Whitaker, Willie Neece, Jr., Michael Hill, Greg Griffith, Steven Greene, Billy Greene, Michael Greene, Hunter Johnson, Tallon Neece, Rick Stevens, Eddie Johnson and Sidney Fields.
