COEBURN, VA

John Davis Huett age 66, passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021, after a battle with cancer.

John is preceded in death by his parents John M. and Almeda Huett, and a sister Peggy Thompson.

He is survived by his children Zack Lundy, Kingsport, TN, J.D. Huett, and Ethan Huett, both of Coeburn; mother of his boys and special friend Starla Lundy; his siblings Dennis & Karen Huett, Carrollton, Robert Amos, Hertford, NC, Gail & Raymond Harrison, Chesapeake, Thomas Huett, II, Portsmouth, Carolyn & Bill Honn, College Park, MD, and Wallace Amos, Big Stone Gap; honorary children Austin Lundy, Starlena Thompson, & Sabrina Thompson; along with several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00PM on Monday, November 22, 2021, at Pine Grove Church. Memorial services will follow at 7:00PM with Dr. Thomas Renfro officiating. Estes Funeral Home of Coeburn is serving the Huett Family.
