Coeburn, VA ~ Joseph "Fuzzy" Howard Adkins, age 31, died Wednesday, August 16, 2000 at St.Mary's Hospital in Norton, Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Carson Adkins, grandfathers, Ourbin Adkins and Kelly Harvey and two nieces Cynthia and Tina Adkins.
He is survived by his mother, Crystal Harvey Adkins, 2 Daughters, Emily Ann Adkins and Samantha Adkins both of Coeburn, VA, 2 Sons, Kenneth Ray Sturgill, of York, SC and Joseph M. Adkins, Coeburn, VA, 4 Brothers, Ronnie Adkins, Frank Adkins and Bobby Adkins all of Coeburn, VA and Ralph Adkins, Wise, VA, 1 Sister, Mary Deel, Coeburn, VA, Tammy Ann Collins (Fiancée) of Coeburn, VA, Dalton Sturgill (Grandson) of York, SC, Alice Harvey (Maternal Grandmother) of Coeburn, VA, Selma May Adkins (Paternal Grandmother) of Kingsport, TN. &several nephews &several nieces.
Funeral services for Joseph Howard Adkins will be held Saturday, August 19, 2000 at 2:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Joe Dearry will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenwood Memorial Gardens in Coeburn. Visitation will be held at Estes Funeral Home on Friday after 6:00 P.M.
