Wise, VA ~ Joseph Andrew Collins, 37 passed away Sunday, March 17, 2019 at Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, Tennessee.
He was the son of the late Ella Louise Freeman, also preceded in death by a daughter, Jackson Collins.
Survivors include his wife, Suzanne L. (Winebarger) Collins, Coeburn, VA, father, Larry Freeman, Manassas, VA, a daughter, Desirae Collins, Coeburn; two sons, Joseph Winebarger and Blake Collins both of Coeburn; a sister, Melissa Griffin, Manassas, VA; two brothers, Jason Collins, Coeburn and Jonathan Freeman, Chico, CA; girlfriend, Amanda Salyers.

Funeral services and burial for Joseph Andrew Collins will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Tacoma Cemetery. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, 114 High Ave., Coeburn, VA.
