Joyce Lee Williams, 70, of Wise, VA passed away Friday June 21, 2024 at Heritage Hall in Wise, VA, and is now in the loving arms of the angels.

Joyce was born in Aurora, IL on January 27, 1954 and was the daughter of the late James Robert and Donna Marie (Shockey) Williams.

In addition to her parents, her siblings, Jenny Lee Williams (her twin), Judy Kay Williams, Donna May Williams, James Robert Williams, Jr., Benjamin Nathaniel Williams, paternal grandparents, James Albert and Ada (Boarm) Shockey, and maternal grandparents, Charles Francis and Kitty (McClanahan) Shockey preceded her in death.

Joyce is survived by her daughters, Tammy and Melissa; sisters, Jackie Williams, Rose Nickels and husband, Lenny, Kitty Hirsimaki, and Karmel Hawkins, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and great great nephews.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with memorial services following at 11:00 am.
