Norton, VA ~ Juanita Virginia Buchanan, 88, died Tuesday, August 13, 2002 at Norton Community Hospital in Norton, Virginia.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ike Buchanan, her parents, William Fleming and Lula May Baker McConnell, first husband, Everett Hamm, son, Everett Hamm, Jr., daughters, Shirley Mae Hamm, Mary Francis Hamm & Lula Mae Hamm, sisters, Thelma Litton& Helen McConnell, brothers, John McConnell, Wiley McConnell & William F. "Buck" McConnell, Jr.
Survivors include brother & sister-in-law, Emmette & Jean McConnell of Wise; several nephews, several nieces and a host of friends at Norton Regency Towers and others.

Funeral services for Juanita Virginia Buchanan will be held Friday, August 16, 2002 at 1:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Rines and Rev. Gary Sheldon officiating.Burial will follow in the Baker Cemetery in Coeburn.Visitation will be held at Estes Funeral Home on Thursday after 6:00 P.M.
