Kimberly Ann Dingus Belcher of Coeburn, VA, went to her heavenly home, on Monday, July 27, 2026. She was surrounded by her family.

She was born in Norton, VA on April 1, 1965 to Charlie and Betsy Dingus, and was the third of four daughters. Kim was a 1983 graduate of Coeburn High School and later obtained her Masters degree in Business Administration.
Kim will be remembered by everyone that knew her for her ability to light up a room, her laughter, and the way she made everyone feel special and important. The two things she loved most in life were her family and traveling.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charlie Dingus, her mother, Betsy Jones Dingus, her grandparents, and many other family members.

Kim is survived by her husband, Sammy Belcher, her daughter, Amanda (Matthew) Roberts, step-sons, Wade Belcher and Sammy Belcher, Jr., grandchildren, Evan Mullins, Sophie Roberts, Aidan Belcher, and Paisley Belcher, sisters, Lisa Dingus, Lynn Dingus, Michelle (David) Altizer, several nephews, one niece, and one great-nephew.

Family will receive friends Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm with services following at 7pm with Pastor Marty Puckett officiating. Burial will be Sunday, August 2, 2026 at 1:00pm at Greenwood Memorial Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet by 12:45pm to go to the cemetery.
