Lacey Allen Maine – Coeburn, VA

Lacey Allen Maine, 63, Coeburn, VA passed away on Friday, April 28, 2023 at Ballad Holston Valley Medical Center after a brief illness.

Lacey was born in Norton, VA on July 4, 1959 to the late James Ray and Marjorie (Hileman) Maine. He was a proud member of First Baptist Church in Coeburn, VA. Lacey took pride in his enrollment at Grand Canyon University, where he maintained a 4.0 GPA in his 60's. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, his granddaughter Sofie Grace Maine and brother Jerry Maine preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon (Wingler) Maine of the home; son, Joshua Maine and wife, Jaime Jo of  Norton; daughter, Amanda Maine of Coeburn; grandsons, Lacey Ray Maine of Coeburn, and Harrison Maine of Norton; granddaughter, Eliza Maine of Norton; brother, Dr. Charles Maine and wife, Lulia of Wise; and sister, Leslie Gates and husband, Scott of Sterling, VA, and several nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 30, 2023, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at Estes Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 5:00pm with Pastor Kevin Campbell officiating.
