Lillian Mae (Bryant) Slemp – Coeburn, VA

Lillian Mae Slemp, 64, of Coeburn, VA entered into rest Saturday, March 25, 2023, at her home. She was born December 1, 1958, in Clintwood, VA to the late Terry and Josephine (Dotson) Bryant.

Lillian was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church of Bull Run for many years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt who loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, and canning.

In Addition to her parents, Lillian is preceded in death by her brothers, Larry, and Lance Bryant.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband, Douglas Slemp of the home of 43 years; son, Daniel Slemp of Coeburn, VA; daughters, Kimberly Kiser and husband, Eddie of Coeburn, VA, and Kalah Bush of Coeburn. VA: her nephew who was like her son, Dustin Slemp, of Coeburn, VA; grandchildren, Holly Kiser, Madison Kiser, Morgan Kiser, and Peyton Bush; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.

Visitation for Lillian will be Tuesday, March 28, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Estes Funeral Home in Coeburn, VA, with services following at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor PJ Rose officiating. Graveside services will be Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in Greenwood Acres Cemetery in Coeburn, VA. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home by 10:30 a.m. to proceed to the cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
