Coeburn, VA ~ Lillian Ring Burke, 75, died Wednesday, July 30, 2003 at her residence in Coeburn, Virginia.
Lillian was an avid gardener and bird watcher. Even during her illness, she was an active member of Pine Grove Freewill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Kernal D. Burke. She was the daughter of the late Fred and Leefie Ring.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Letha Meade and husband Tommy of Castlewood and Claudia Glover and husband Steve of Norfolk, VA; three wonderful grandsons, Walker Meade of Castlewood, VA, Joey Glover and Ian Glover both of Norfolk, VA; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Lillian Ring Burke will be conducted Friday, August 1, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. in Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Willie Stanley officiating.Burial will follow in the Temple Hill Memorial Park in Castlewood.Visitation will be held at Estes Funeral Home on Thursday, July 31, 2003 from 7:00 To 9:00 P.M. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to friends and family.
