Coeburn, VA ~ Mamie Lee Courtney, 79 passed away Friday, August 2, 2019 at Mountain View Hospital in Norton, Virginia.
She was the daughter of the late James Arthur Courtney andMary Elizabeth Courtney.
Mamie is survived by five daughters, Rebecca Felix, Raleigh, NC, Wanda Forney, Baltimore, MD, Cynthia Courtney, and Tina Miller, both of Coeburn and Athea Hill, Norton, three sons, John 'Miller' Courtney, Theodore "Moe" 'Miller' Courtney and Spencer Miller, all of Coeburn, threesisters, Nanette Robertson, Columbus, OH, Carrie Bell Banks, Coeburn, and Kathryn Patterson, Cleveland, OH; special daughters-in-law, Doris Crawford and Lisa 'Courtney' Yates, several nieces, nephews, grand-children and great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mamie Lee Courtney will be held on Wednesday,August 7, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Solomon Jones and Rev. Eddie Mabry officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Acres Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Tuesday after 5:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, 114 High Ave., Coeburn, VA.
