Lynchburg, VA ~ Margaret Hazel Grimes Holbrook, 90 passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Lynchburg General Hospital in Lynchburg Virginia. She was a former resident of Coeburn, Va. She was the daughter of the late Robert D. Grimes and Bertha A. Grimes; also preceeded in death by two sisters, Aura Smith and Dorothy Virginia Ellis; three brothers, Carl Grimes, Ronald Grimes and Robert Grimes. Survivors include a daughter, Margaret Smith, Lynchburg, VA; a son son, Ricky Holbrook, Lynchburg, VA; two brothers, Charles Edward Grimes, Coeburn, VA and David Grimes, Lynchburg, VA; 2 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, Several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services and burial for Margaret Hazel Holbrook will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Kilgore Cemetery with Rev. Glen Hammacker officiating. The family will meet at the funeral home and leave in procession. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, Coeburn, VA.
