Marlene Kay (Wilke) Sexton, 79, of Coeburn, VA, entered into rest on February 26, 2024 at Bristol Regional Medical Center after an illness.

Born in Michigan City, Indiana, she was a daughter of the late Norman and Elsie Westphal Wilke and was a homemaker..

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Paul Sexton.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Stanley Dallas Sexton of Coeburn, VA; sons, John W. Sexton of Swanton, OH, Steven Sexton of Adrian, MI, and Mark David Sexton of Johnson City, TN;  daughter, Lynett Sexton Spencer of Devils Lake, MI; sister, Sandra Bailey of Michigan City, IN; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Friday, March 1, 2024 at Estes Funeral Home.

Committal services will be private.
