Martha Ellen Bond age 75, passed away on on May 10, 2024 at home surrounded and covered by the love of her family.

Martha was a loving and devoted wonderful, wife, mother, Nana , and great-nana. She was a member of the Pine Camp Church of God of Prophecy. Where she was the "Queen" pastors wife and sister to all. A pearl of great price. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Mary Buchanan of Coeburn, VA.; twelve of her brothers and sisters, Lois Buchanan, Harold Buchanan,  Buddy Buchanan, Jim Buchanan of OH., Sam Buchanan of Delaware, Roy Buchanan of Coeburn,  Earl Buchanan of OH, Jack Buchanan of VA, Mildred Forrester of VA, Shelma Jean of VA, Anne Greer of VA., Sandra Kay;  her son, Curtis Lee Bond of Coeburn; two great-grandchildren Cody Marshall, and Eden Branham.

Left to cherish her memory,  husband, Curtis Ordel Bond;  four children, Billy Bond, Tracey Funk and husband Doug,  Danny Bond and wife Tina, Stacey Love and husband Bobby all of Coeburn;  grandchildren,  Austina (William), Jessee (Nora), Danielle (Kennith), Autumn (Anthony), Brittany (Jordan), Darian, Destiny (Mac), Makayla, Lyndsi (Kaden), Lexi (Wade),Keeley; fifteen great-grandchilldren, Bella, Layton, Kaiden, Hudson, Kamryn, Lyric, Raelyn, Bloom, Jensyn, Mason, Oaklynn, Keldon, Emma, Elijah, and Sue; brothers, Joe Buchanan (Kathy), Dean Buchanan (Olga); several other nieces, nephews, church family, and friends.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 13, 2024 at Pine Camp Church of God of Prophecy (4216 Halifax Rd. Coeburn, VA. 24230) from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. for the visitation.

The celebration of Sister Martha Bond's life will be held following in the Sanctuary with Daughters, her family, and friends officiating.

Her committal service will be held following in Greenwood Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be; Her sons, and grandsons.
