Glen Rock, PA ~ Mary Edith Blevins, , 90, died Friday, March 3, 2000 at her home in Glen Rock, Pennsylvania.
Mrs. Blevins was aformer resident of Coeburn, Va., but had lived in Pennsylvania since the death of her husband in 1995, also she was a member of First Baptist Church in Coeburn.
She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Blevins, her parents Robert Irvinand Sarah Lou Rorrer Jones, a son, Douglas W. Blevins, 3 brothers, Cecil Jones, Wilbur Jones and Ralph Jones.
Survivors include, 1 son, Clifford Gerald Blevins, Miami, FL; 1 daughter, Nancy Cheryl Ossa, Glen Rock, PA; 1 brother, Herbert D. Jones, Coeburn; 3 sisters, Lucille Martin, Coeburn, Doris Worrie, Virginia Beach, VA and Irene London, Caledonia, PA; 9 Grandchildren,10 Great Grandchildren,1 Great-Great Grandchild; several nephews and several nieces.
Visitation and Funeral services for Mary Edith Blevins,will be held Wednesday, March 8, 2000at Estes Funeral Home Chapel, where the family will receive friends after 6:00 P.M and funeral services will be heldat 7:30 P.M. Rev. Allen Shupe will be officiating.. Visitation will be held at Estes Funeral Home on Wednesday from .. Burial will be in the Powell Valley Memorial Gardens in Big Stone Gap, Thursday at 11:00 A. M.
