Coeburn, VA Charlotte Beatrice "Peggy" Roop, 70, died Saturday, April 27, 2002 at Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, Tennessee.
She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond E. Roop, her parents, Charles Otis and Pauline Beatrice Nixon Reece, brothers, Joe & Paul Reece, sisters, Edna Bryant & Mary Reece.
Survivors include a son & daughter-in-law Greg & Pam Roop, Coeburn; a daughter & son-in-law, Lona & Joe Kiser, Sandusky, OH; a sister, Wanda Short, Fredericksburg, VA; a brother, Charles "Jeff' Reece, Brentwood, MD; 3 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren & several nieces & nephews.

Funeral services for Charlotte Beatrice Roop will be held Tuesday, April 30, 2002 at 11:00A.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joe Dearry officiating. Entombment will follow in the Temple Hill Memorial Park in Castlewood Visitation will be held at Estes Funeral Home on Monday afler 6:00 P.M.
