Coeburn, VA ~ Ralph WayneBuchanan, 62 passed away Monday, May 16, 2016 at his residence in Coeburn, Virginia.
He was a former employee of the State of Virginia, Red Onion Prison.
Ralph was the son of the late Grover Lee Buchanan and Bernice Odle Buchanan.
Survivors include daughters, April Dawn Buchanan, FL and Angel Whitcomb, Westfield, NY; three sisters, Shirley Blevins, Coeburn, Ruth Nestor, and Joyce King all of Coeburn; three brothers, Donald Buchanan, Oak Harbor, OH, Willard Buchanan and Hershel Buchanan, both of Coeburn; 7 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Ralph Wayne Buchanan will be held on Friday, May 20, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Les Ritchie officiating. Burial will follow at Buchanan Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday after 5:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, 114 High Ave., Coeburn, VA.
