Roanoke, VA ~ William Ralph Banner Nash, 72 died Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at VA Medical Center in Salem Virginia.
Hewas a Korean Warveteran of the U.S. Army and employed by VA Medical Center in Roanoke.
He was the son of the late Logan Otto Nash and Ida Elizabeth Osborne Nash.
Survived by two sisters, Virda Inez Freeman, Shady Spring, WV and Elizabeth Louise Cox, Taylor Mill, KY; one brother, Kenneth Boyd Nash, Hanover, PA; and a special friend, Reabel Stevenson.
Funeral services for William Ralph Banner Nash will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2009 at 2:00 PM in the Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eddie Sturgill officiating. Burial will be follow in the Nash Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, July 31, 2009 after 6:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, Coeburn, VA.
