Rebecca Irene Billings – Coeburn, VA

We are sad to announce the passing of our sister Rebecca Irene Billings, at her home Tuesday, November 22, 2022, after a long battle with an illness.
She loved her family, outdoors, fishing, ginseng hunting, and playing horseshoes. She will be deeply missed by her family.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her son, Matthew Dale Sartin; mother, Nevada Jones; stepdad, Robert Jones; dad, Jessee Billings; sisters, Julieann McGrady, and Betty Sue Babulski; brother, Daniel Cisco Billings.

Surviving are her sons, Marcus (Lindsey) Sartin and Jason (Martha) Sartin; brothers, David E Billings, Allen (Kristen) Billings, and Ervin (Judy) Billings; sisters, Mary (Emmett) Taylor, Diana (Bill) Oquinn, Regina Billings, Jane Phillips, Mona Lisa (Jerry) Wiley and Polly Ann Evans; 7 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation will be Monday, November 28, 2022, from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm at Estes Funeral Home in Coeburn, VA. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Graveside services will follow in the Lawson Cemetery in Coeburn, VA.
